When my niece, Maria Olivia, asked me to make dresses for her dolls, I didn’t hesitate for a second to write down the ‘recipe’ and share it with you. I have a son, so I’m usually surrounded by cars and soccer. The idea of working with Barbies instantly got me excited.
The garments I show you were born from ideas that are easy to execute, so if you know basic crochet stitches, you will have no problem making them.
I used leftover yarn that I had at home. For each design I will specify the WPI so you can easily match it with the materials you have on hand.
The outfits are inspired by haute couture designs and trends from this season.
I hope you enjoy crocheting these miniatures and the best part is that you do it with lots of love for those little girls who are dreaming of dressing up their dolls.

Leftover of fine or sport weighted yarn (between 15 and 20 WPI).

For each crocheted model, I will provide specific references to the yarn I used.
