About how to purchase and payment methods
How to buy from Hello Soy Olivia?
It's super easy; you just need to create an account and make sure your information is entered correctly. Then you can add products to your cart and proceed to checkout. This applies to both physical and digital products.
What payment methods do you accept?
In Chile, you can pay with credit, debit, and prepaid bank cards. For international purchases, you can do so via PayPal. When you are in your shopping cart, you will find these payment methods available.
About shipping your purchases
How do I receive the pattern or tutorial I purchased?
Once you have made the payment, you will receive two emails in your inbox: one notifying you about your purchase and another one subsequently, containing the download button for the PDF file.
How do the products I bought at the store arrive?
All physical products from the store are delivered by Bluexpress service.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times will be relative to the region and commune you are in and are specified by Bluexpress. Orders are dispatched from the Las Condes commune in Santiago and are made on Mondays and Thursdays. For example, if you buy on a Sunday, your order will be dispatched on Monday, but if you buy on that Monday morning, the order will be dispatched on Thursday.
How much will they charge me for customs clearance?
The delivery cost will vary depending on the region and commune you are in, as well as the size and weight of the package. This price is variable and will be indicated before you make the payment.
How do I know where my order package is?
When you shop online and your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link. There you can find out where your package is and when it will arrive at your home.
What happens if my order does not arrive within the time stipulated by Bluexpress?

Do you ship internationally?
For the moment, we only ship within Chile, but you can buy all digital products (tutorials and patterns); they are available for immediate download and do not require physical shipping.
About exchanges and returns
Can I return the product?
Patterns and tutorials are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. As this is a digital product, once purchased, you immediately and automatically receive an email with the download link; therefore, exchanges and/or returns are not permitted.
Physical products can only be exchanged or returned in case of a defect. You have 10 calendar days to claim this guarantee. To do so, send me an email at hellosoyolivia@gmail.com explaining what happened, and I will respond promptly to see how we can resolve your issue.

Regarding tutorial and pattern purchases
What happens if I haven't received the email with the file?
Check your spam, junk, social, or promotions folder in case the email arrived there. Otherwise, write to me at hellosoyolivia@gmail.com to verify that your payment has been processed correctly and to send you the pattern or tutorial directly to your email.
