Fine-weight yarn – The amount needed depends on the size you choose. As a reference, for Size 2, I used 140 grams and 350 meters, and for Size 3, I used 160 grams and 400 meters.

Beads, sequins, or any embellishments (optional). The quantity will depend on the size and the placement sequence you choose.

The pattern includes references to my own samples to help guide you.

4.00 mm crochet hook, or the size needed to meet gauge. You will also need a second hook half a size larger (in my case, a 4.5 mm hook).

Measuring tape

Tapestry needle and if you plan to add beads to your project, you will need an additional needle that allows the yarn to pass through its eye and can easily fit through the holes of the embellishments you’ll be using.
